Privacy Policy
The short version. We collect only the business contact details you give us and the technical data the website needs to work. We do not sell your data. Analytics cookies stay off until you accept them. You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to sky@mofecup.com.
Mofe (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates mofecup.com. This notice explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website, request a quotation, place an order or otherwise contact us, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
1. Who we are (the data controller)
Mofe is a drinkware sourcing and OEM/ODM supply partner. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, because our processing does not meet the thresholds in Article 37 GDPR. Privacy questions go to the address above and are answered within 30 days.
2. Scope
This notice covers mofecup.com and our business communications by email, WhatsApp, WeChat, phone and at trade shows. It does not cover third-party websites and social networks we link to, which have their own notices.
3. Personal data we collect

We do not intentionally collect special-category data such as health or political opinions, and we ask you not to send it to us. We do not buy or rent contact lists.

Where we rely on legitimate interests you may object at any time — see section 10. Where we rely on consent you may withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing it does not affect processing that already happened.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and local storage for three purposes: making the site work, measuring how the site is used, and remembering your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them through our consent banner. Full detail, including cookie names and lifetimes, is in our Cookie Policy.
6. Who we share your data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers who help us run the business, and only as far as each one needs:

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or where we need to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. Providers that process data on our behalf do so under a written agreement.
7. International transfers
We are based in China, and our service providers may store data in the United States, the European Economic Area or other countries. Where personal data of individuals in the EEA or the United Kingdom is transferred outside those areas, we rely on an adequacy decision where one exists — for example the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the UK Extension for Google and Microsoft services — or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional safeguards where the law requires them. You can ask for a copy of the relevant safeguards by writing to us.

When a retention period ends we delete the data or make it anonymous.
9. How we protect your data
- TLS encryption on every page of this site.
- Access limited to staff who need the data for their work, with individual logins.
- Security updates and login protection on our website platform.
- Artwork, design files and payment documents stored with restricted access.
- Written confidentiality obligations for staff and for supply partners.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If we suffer a breach that is likely to put you at risk, we will tell you and any relevant regulator without undue delay.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:
- Access — a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — correction of data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erasure — deletion where we no longer have a lawful reason to keep it.
- Restriction — limiting how we use your data while a question is being resolved.
- Portability — receiving your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection — objecting to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing.
- Withdraw consent — at any time, where consent is our basis for processing.
To exercise any of these, write to sky@mofecup.com. We reply within 30 days and will tell you if we need longer. You will never be charged, and we will not treat you differently because you exercised a right.
11. Region-specific notices
European Economic Area and United Kingdom
You have the rights listed in section 10. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority; in the United Kingdom that is the Information Commissioner’s Office.
California, United States
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA and CPRA, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. California residents may request to know, delete or correct personal information and may use an authorised agent. We do not knowingly collect the personal information of consumers under 16.
Brazil
Under the LGPD you may confirm processing, and access, correct, anonymise, block, port or delete your data, as well as object to processing. Our contact for privacy matters is sky@mofecup.com.
Australia
We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. If you are not satisfied with our response you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
12. Automated decision-making and profiling
We do not make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you by automated means alone, and we do not build behavioural advertising profiles. Our analytics tools are aggregate reporting tools.
13. Links to other websites
Some of our pages link to third-party sites and social networks. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their notices.
14. Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
15. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as our services or the law change. The “Last updated” date at the top always shows the current version. If a change is material, we will highlight it on this page.
